New system: We have a new system for placing broadband orders -this is much improved for some complex types of order. Please do use it and let sales know any issues....
Non-authorised switching? If you have been told that your existing broadband service is being switched to us but you did not authorise it, we have a system to cancel that here, or contact the sales team.
